Brushing Machine Premium

Achieve powerful and highly controlled wood structuring with maximum flexibility in surface finishing. This heavy-duty brushing machine is designed for demanding production environments where deep textures, consistent results and process control are essential.

The Brushing Machine Premium is developed for intensive brushing, sanding and structuring of wooden surfaces where strong effects and high consistency are required.

Typical applications include:

  • Brushing of parquet flooring

  • Sanding of wooden surfaces

  • Structuring and grain enhancement of parquet and furniture panels

  • Brushing of façade wood

  • Brushing of scaffolding wood

  • Brushing of wall panels

The machine is ideal for applications where deeper textures and repeatable surface effects are needed.

The machine is equipped with a minimum of four heavy-duty brush units and can be expanded up to seven units. This flexible configuration allows multiple processing steps to be combined in a single pass, increasing efficiency and consistency.

Extra powerful brush motors combined with larger diameter brushes enable deeper structuring and more intensive surface treatment. Oscillating brush units further enhance the effect, creating more dynamic and natural surface textures.

Operators can adjust a wide range of parameters, including oscillation speed, brush rotation direction, brush pressure, brush speed and brush type. This provides extensive control over the final surface result and allows a wide variety of effects to be created.

The machine features an intuitive touchscreen interface with built-in memory. This allows operators to store and quickly recall machine settings, ensuring consistent reproduction of previously created surface effects.

A high-grip conveyor system ensures stable transport of workpieces through the machine. Integrated pressure rollers before and after each brush unit prevent movement during processing, contributing to precise and uniform results.

The machine features a unique quick-change brush system, allowing brushes to be replaced quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime.

Additional configuration options include oscillating scrub discs and cross cutter modules, further expanding the range of achievable surface effects.

Benefits of the Brushing Machine Premium

Consistent surface finish with controlled brushing

View the results achieved with the brushing machine with 4 brush units.

Sanding

“Controlled mechanical brushing used to open wood grain, remove machining residue, and achieve a consistent surface texture across boards and profiles.

Texturing

Texturing is used to level surfaces, remove machining marks, and prepare materials for further finishing or coating. Consistency becomes increasingly challenging as material variation and production speed increase.
