This brushing machine is suitable for various wood processing applications where surface structuring, sanding or cleaning is required.

The machine is designed for high-speed brushing applications, making it suitable for production environments where both speed and consistency are essential. Depending on the configuration and application, processing speeds can reach up to 70 m/min, making it particularly effective for cladding and other high-volume wood processing.

Central electric height adjustment ensures uniform processing across all units, while individual fine adjustments allow precise control over the brushing intensity and final surface result.

An integrated high-grip conveyor system transports workpieces smoothly and reliably through the machine. Pressure rollers on each brush unit stabilize the workpieces during processing, allowing even smaller parts to be processed safely and accurately.

Heavy-duty brush motors provide independent control of both rotational speed and direction. This allows operators to create a wide variety of surface effects and adapt the brushing process to different materials and finishing requirements.

Additional parameters such as brush pressure, brush type, angle settings and conveyor speed can be adjusted to tailor the process to specific applications.

The machine can be equipped with different brush types, including:
