Achieve consistent all-round brushing and structuring on wooden surfaces in a single pass. This multi-sided brushing machine processes all sides of the workpiece simultaneously, making it ideal for cladding and façade wood in high-efficiency production environments.

The 4-side brushing machine is developed for processing wooden workpieces on all sides where uniform structuring and surface finishing are required.

The machine is particularly suitable for applications where all sides of the material need to be brushed in one continuous process.

The machine is equipped with multiple brush units positioned around the workpiece, allowing multi-sided brushing in one pass. The configuration includes top, bottom, left and right brush units, ensuring complete and uniform surface treatment in a single pass.

The brush setup enables a thorough structuring effect on wooden surfaces. The large brush diameter ensures extensive sanding contact, making the machine suitable for both flat and profiled workpieces.

All brush units can be adjusted in height and depth using central electric settings, combined with manual fine-tuning per unit. This allows precise control over the brushing intensity and ensures consistent results across different materials and dimensions.

Optional enclosed cabin design
The machine can be equipped with a fully enclosed cabin, accessible via sliding doors with integrated safety switches. This ensures safe operation and prevents access to the brushing area while the machine is running.

Each brush unit is connected to an external dust extraction system, ensuring efficient removal of dust during processing. In addition, the machine is equipped with compressed air blowing knives with ionization bars on both the top and bottom side of the workpiece, ensuring effective cleaning of residual dust.

An integrated conveyor system with pressure rollers ensures stable and controlled transport of workpieces through the machine, even at higher processing speeds.
