Brushing Machine – 2 brush units

Achieve consistent brushing, structuring and polishing results on wooden surfaces with precise control over the brushing process. Designed for industrial production environments, this machine enhances the visual character and tactile quality of wood while ensuring stable processing and repeatable surface finishes.

This brushing machine is suitable for a wide range of wood processing applications where surface structuring, finishing or cleaning is required.

Typical applications include:

  • Parquet flooring

  • Exterior wood elements

  • Furniture panels

  • Stair steps

  • Kitchen cabinets

  • Similar wooden components

The machine can also be used for:

  • Intermediate sanding after lacquer or stain application

  • Cleaning wooden surfaces before finishing

  • Creating aged or rustic wood effects

  • High speed brushing

The brushing machine is equipped with two brush units that allow efficient surface processing and consistent brushing results. Each brush unit can be individually adjusted in angle to optimize sanding performance and grain-enhancing effects on wooden surfaces.

The machine is designed for high-speed brushing applications, making it suitable for production environments where both speed and consistency are essential. Depending on the configuration and application, processing speeds can reach up to 70 m/min, making it particularly effective for cladding and other high-volume wood processing.

Central height adjustment ensures uniform processing, while additional fine adjustment on the second unit allows precise control over the final surface result.

An integrated high-grip conveyor system ensures stable workpiece transport through the machine. Pressure rollers on each brush unit stabilize the workpieces during processing, enabling reliable treatment of smaller parts.

The heavy-duty brush motors allow independent adjustment of both speed and rotational direction. This provides operators with extensive control over the brushing process and enables the creation of a wide variety of surface effects.

Additional adjustment parameters such as brush pressure, brush type, angle settings and conveyor speed allow manufacturers to fine-tune the machine for specific applications and desired finishes.

The machine can be equipped with various brush types, including:

  • Tynex brushes

  • Brass bundle brushes

  • Brass spiral brushes

  • Scotch Brite brushes

  • Sanding brushes

This flexibility allows the machine to be adapted for different materials, surface treatments and production requirements.

Benefits of the Brushing Machine 2 brush units

Consistent surface finish with controlled brushing

Sanding

“Controlled mechanical brushing used to open wood grain, remove machining residue, and achieve a consistent surface texture across boards and profiles.

Texturing

Texturing is used to level surfaces, remove machining marks, and prepare materials for further finishing or coating. Consistency becomes increasingly challenging as material variation and production speed increase.
